Services (i.e. hair cuts, color correction, chemical services, hair extensions, make up artistry) require detailed time and attention to ensure adequate results.

Therefore, it is imperative that scheduled appointment times areestablished and maintained.

We ask that you have the courtesy of allowing us the time indicated to provide salon services without the interruption of other obligations scheduled on the day of appointment.

When clients are excessively late to appointments, the flow of services for others are impeded.

Respectfully, our goal is to accommodate clients in the most efficient manner "at all times".

No Call - No Show Policy- In the event of a missed appointment without notice, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
